Dr. Dietzek , Dr. Wojtalik and Dr. Alissa Brotman O'Neill are board certified vascular surgeons and faculty members of UMDNJ-SOM medical school. When it comes to treatment options we always consider nonsurgical options or minimally invasive techniques first, including endovascular and endovenous procedures.

You will be pleased to know that both members of the group have been selected "Top Docs" in the South Jersey area.

Our practice serves the medical community as a training facility for physicians in advanced venous procedures and a training site for the VNUS Closure® procedure. We have been selected and continue to enroll patients for national studies for venous treatments.

We also offer evening hours for evaluation and treatment of patients with venous disease.

Please be prepared to provide this information to our office along with your current medical insurance information. If you have any questions when filling out this form, please do the best you can and our staff will assist you with your questions on the day of your visit.

Accepted Insurances

We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify our participation. Remember to bring your insurance cards and, if needed, your referral. Please come prepared to pay your specialist co-pay at the time of service. All pertinent radiology films and lab test results should be brought to our office at the time of your visit.

Payment Policies

Co-payments and payments must be rendered at the time of the visit. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
